Our online studio has a wide range of classes for you to enjoy from the comfort of your own home.

Our library includes full length classes and some shorter practises too.

Our entire library is listed below or you can use the dropdown menu from our homepage to navigate. You can find the perfect practise for you by searching under the new to library, yoga, pranayama, guided relaxation, meditation headings or by searching under the more prescriptive headings. 

We will be uploading at least 1 new video each week during the term.

You will gain access to our videos by using a password - this will be sent to you when you sign up. 

For only $90 per term you can have unlimited access to our online studio.

The beauty of yoga is it is for everybody. Everyone’s body is unique and has different capabilities. A good motto for our practise is ‘no pain no pain’. You should enjoy a stretch but it should never be a strain. Please take full responsibility, respect yourself and listen to your body. This is intended to be gentle yoga so never move to your end limits or push yourself. Pushing yourself beyond your limits blocks the energetic benefits so you will gain more by doing less. Please seek medical advice for any existing conditions prior to commencing.
